Faith

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” -Philippians 4:13

Raised in a Christian home, Amber recalls seeing her father wake up and read the Bible every morning (and he still maintains this habit today). After Amber’s sister experienced a traumatic bullying incident at their public middle school, the girls’ parents decided to transfer them to a small private Christian school. Their lives were sheltered, which Amber is grateful for because that minimized distractions and allowed her to focus on what was important.

Today, Pat and Amber rely on their belief in God and the principles of Christianity to steer them through their journey of entrepreneurship. Pat says, “We are united in faith. We believe that a couple that prays together, stays together. As a couple, we take daily time to hold hands and pray about the future, pray for each other and pray for our family.” As with life, being business owners comes with highs and lows, but faith has provided peace of mind in time of trouble.

The Nolans wisely explain, “When you have a solid foundation in faith, it’s easier to build an empire because you’re continuing to put God first. If you’ve mastered belief in God, you have experience with wholeheartedly devoting yourself to unseen elements. Similarly, when envisioning business success that you’ve yet to obtain, you must believe in something something intangible – an abstract concept. Faith can keep you going. When challenges arise, just trust in God’s plan.”

Pat and Amber know their purpose and understand that they’ve been called. They use their company as a platform to inspire others. Their dream is to help others find their purpose in life while simultaneously finding themselves in the Lord.

Galatians 6:9 says, “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” (New International Version) This scripture is a reminder to keep having faith, no matter your fear or circumstance. Nobody ever got anywhere by giving up. For those who are struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel, Amber offers this encouragement: “Your challenges lie in your perspective, God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.”
